We hope you and your students had a wonderful Thanksgiving and are ready for a strong end of 2017! Here are a few updates and improvements to your Freckle account from the month of November.
New math reports
You now have access to a full suite of new math reports so you can measure your students' progress at a glance. Two of these reports were recently added in November. The Class Grouping Report breaks your class up into small groups based on their level. The Assessment Report tracks student growth across the assessments you've assigned.

Science and Social Studies units grouped by topic
Your Science and Social Studies units are now organized according to their topic. This will make it easier for you to find just the right lesson for your class, especially as we introduce more units for you to explore!
All ELA assignments can be marked as complete
If you're done with an assignment and ready to move your class along, you can easily mark any current assignment as complete—even if some of your students haven't finished it yet. Students who haven't completed the assignment will simply be removed from it.
Easier for students to save progress when they navigate away
To keep students from accidentally losing their progress in the middle of a math session, students will now see a prompt to stay on the page and save their progress when they click the Freckle logo or the back button.
Assign sub-standards in Targeted Math Practice
You can now zero in on specific math sub-standards when you assign Targeted Practice to your students. This lets you focus on the exact skills your students need to practice!
Easily share articles with other teachers
It's easier than ever to share articles with your colleagues. Simply click the share button at the top of any article. If your colleagues don't already have a Freckle account, they'll be invited to create a free account in seconds.
